Doxacon Seattle 2025: Call for Volunteers

Doxacon Seattle needs YOU!

We’re so excited to expand our event this year to include more talks, more vendors, more activities, and a full gaming track, including a separate gaming hall! The future is bright and we are beyond thrilled to grow.

That’s where you come in. We need volunteers!

In the past, many of our volunteers have jumped on board the week before or day of the event. This year, though, we will not only need more volunteers but we will need to hear from you earlier in order to better delegate tasks and set up our growing event.

We need help with setup, teardown, food prep/ kitchen cleanup, gaming hall management, A/V management, and more! Volunteers will NOT be expected to work the entirety of the con; you will definitely have time to enjoy some of the talks and activities. What’s more, when you sign up to volunteer, you’ll receive a discount on your badge!
