Doxacon Seattle digest (October 3, 2024)

A panel at a previous Doxacon Seattle

We’re putting together an exciting program for 2025. We’ve mentioned our keynote speakers, our all-day gaming space, and our vendor hall (which is already nearly full). But there’s still room for more programming presenters.

  • Would you like to be part of a panel?
  • Do you have a skill or craft you’d like to teach in a workshop?
  • Are you interested in leading a gaming session?
  • Is there a topic you’d like to present in a talk?

If you are interested in being part of the programming for Doxacon Seattle 2025, tell us about your ideas here!

Bonus: presenters get free admission to the whole con!

Our submission deadline is Thursday, October 31 at 11:59pm.

We’re going to try something new! Each month we’ll ask you, our stalwart readers, a question from a dizzying array of topics. We’ll then gather up your replies and post them here in the last week of the month. For our first topic…

Wherever we look, it’s undeniable that once October hits, the beasties abound! So, what creature do you find most fascinating, and why? It can be anything at all from anywhere: gaming, mythology, sci-fi/fantasy, even the Bible! (Frankly, the Beast from the Earth in Rev. 13:11-18 frightens the berabbajaggle outta me!)

Send your answer to info@doxaconseattle.com by Thursday, Oct. 24th to make sure you make the posting! We can’t wait to see your replies!
